Doina colaboreaza cu persoane care isi doresc sa se dezvolte personal. And it was more interesting because I haven’t read about it, but I’ve lived it and said: “Wow! This is new… and wonderful!”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are taught that each of us is different and this should explain everything. It’s true, we are different, unique, through our great mixture of qualities and beauty, through our nice gestures and loving nature, but this is not all...&lt;br /&gt;We are different because we think, because we show reactions to others in unique ways… and also because of the external signals that we send involuntarily. In a conversation we can see more then we are conscious about. We can see the face muscles reacting, we can hear the voice lowering or climbing, being defensive or offensive, or just balanced. We can see the body moving and stopping, the &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;intentional and unintentional&lt;/span&gt; actions. We can see everything…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Do we react? SURE WE DO!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Are we aware of that? JUST SOMETIMES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What happens in the rest of the time? We actually believe that we communicate in a certain pre-established way, but we often send &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;the real message&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;For instance, we like a person. We don’t want her/him to see that we are so happy and enthusiastic to meet her/him. The other person perceives our smile, our joy, and our enthusiasm, although we do feel that we have send the intended, scheduled message. This is a fortunate example.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the other hand, when we don’t like something/someone, it isn’t very difficult to show our real feelings &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;unconsciously&lt;/span&gt;. The other person’s intuition kicks in, she/he gets it, and we can often hear: “I don’t know why, but I don’t like that person”. And... puff!! Conflicts happen because we are different and we bring too little into our consciousness and ask too much from our reactions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, I really believe that our life is mostly guided by our subconscious. How much we bring to the surface – and how – depends on us.&lt;br /&gt;The way I see it, this is the starting point: get in touch with your so called “intuition”. It will give you explanations, understanding, and awareness.&lt;br /&gt;We all lead our lives more or less aware. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now to make it really &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;useful for you&lt;/span&gt;, think about this: &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;In which way do my ideas apply to your life? Those few balls that navigate their way down the fairway without assaulting any trees or innocent bystanders along the way hardly constitute a score worth keeping, and yet I’m completely and utterly addicted to the sport.&lt;br /&gt;One of the things I love about golf is that it serves as a brilliant metaphor for life. While it can be difficult and challenging at times, it can also be fun and extremely rewarding. What I love about golf is the same thing I love about life. No matter how much I think I’ve learned, there are an infinite number of things left undiscovered. Every time I play, I learn something new.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Incidentally, what I struggle with in golf is the same thing I struggle with in life. Whenever I think I’m starting to get good, the swing I thought I’d mastered becomes inconsistent and ineffective. When my ego is engaged, my game begins to suffer immediately.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the 3 years I’ve been playing golf, there’s one piece of advice that’s made a monumental difference in the consistency and improvement of my game. It can be said in many ways. Ease up and don’t swing so hard. Relax your grip. Let the club head fall naturally through your swing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is some of the most profound and spiritual teaching I’ve ever heard. What’s most profound about it, in my experience, is how counterintuitive it is. When I’m out to produce a result that’s both far-reaching and accurate in aim, my first inclination is to wind up and swing with as much force as possible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ironically, this almost never produces the intended result. My posts are my own ideas and opinions that will not suite any reader. Perhaps every person will take just a small part from here that part which best applies to their own thoughts, experiences and way of life.&lt;br /&gt;So please, just remember, no one can take decisions and responsibility for your life. Coaching presupposes making each one of us aware of our own power, resources and duties. Therefore pieces of advice received are best when they come from an actual expert and you by yourself decide what is best for you and your situation. When you take someone else’s advice you and only you will be liable for what will come thereafter.&lt;br /&gt;I often see women yelling and just telling their partner what to do. It is obvious that the period when that guy was living at home with his parents has long passed. Fortunately usually it’s about a small conflict because of the man power of understanding and mediating nature. But how long will the man’s patience last?&lt;br /&gt;It is true that woman usually do too much, they are very responsible for things that sometimes a man doesn’t know exists. They do a lot of things on their own and they try to compensate that by simply controlling the rest. A woman has in mind at all times the possibility of an improvement and acts based on that thought. &lt;br /&gt;Yelling, being upset or responding in a revengeful manner, being stubborn will never make things easier. Unfortunately we all learn behaviours (observing other’s responses to actions) without being aware that we are able to learn other behaviours in order to change the environment and the atmosphere we are living in.&lt;br /&gt;The first most important step is becoming aware of your reactions. This step is one of the hardest and needs a lot of attention in the coaching sessions. &lt;br /&gt;But why do we often behave like this? Why do we tend to control and maintain some attitudes that won’t bring us any good? &lt;br /&gt;As we use in coaching, the good intention behind that habit is that we love that person so much. We know something must be done in order to improve the situation and move on (as humans we need to continue evolving and change, although we learn day by day how to handle them), but sometimes it is hard to do it in a positive way.&lt;br /&gt;It is also true that we need to yell, we constantly need to experience all human behaviours to have the balance we all need in our life. We can do that in a neutral manner like having fun: screaming, running, laughing out loud and much more. These behaviours are usually not allowed in a parent, manager, employee, or entrepreneur role. How the world would be if we were surrounded by persons so energetic, positive and open-?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are often in certain environments that are making us uncomfortable, unmotivated and less energetic.We fell the tiredness and all those feelings that represent a huge barrier to express ourselves in any moments. We tend to accept persons that are sharing with us bad feelings from habit: "I always listened to my whiny friend and felt like all the problems on earth are on my head...but I still do this and I help him almost all the times. We discuss everything she/he thinks of. Although he/she comes with almost the same problem every time, I stay there and listen. I know she feels better after a while."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But how do &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;you feel&lt;/span&gt; after half an hour of whining?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And specifically how did &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;you helped that person&lt;/span&gt;? Has the &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;problem&lt;/span&gt; been &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;solved&lt;/span&gt;? Than what is the purpose of discussion?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is only a way of having our very valuable energy stolen. There are also times when we think we are obligated to hear our superior talking hours about his/her problems. But to think strait who is making you to stay there and listen? Who is stopping you to find a way to hear less, or not at all? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We tend to compromise our feelings too often and then we ask ourselves how we become so violent in what we think and say?! Bearing what is too often not necessary destroys our energy and well being.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can imagine much more scenarios about energy theft: mothers talking for centuries of the same old things therefore taking all the motivation and energy; people not listening to themselves about what they would really like to do with their free time and compromising (with so big repercussions).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are some small ways to start attracting energy. But find your owns!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  *Absorb the energy from the fresh air (when you have the opportunity of fresh air:));&lt;br /&gt;  *Absorb the energy from the sun during the summer days;&lt;br /&gt; In the fruits and vegetables area there was a lady with 2 wonderful children. One of them had a bruise on the head and others on the hands. It was very obvious how demanding was the woman with her children. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I am asking you for a sincere oppinion. What would you do if it was in your power to decide for those babies? (3 and 4 or 4 and 5 yeas old) Whould you give them away to some strangers or would you keep them close to their family although they are so unhappy and full of fear? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is a subject that I wanted to discussit for a while. Our happiness is diluted and our peace is threatened by the financial illness that has infected our families, organizations and nations. Everyone is desperate to find a remedy that will cure their financial illness and help them recover their financial health. They expect the financial experts to provide them with remedies, forgetting the fact that it is these experts who created this financial mess. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Every new year, I adopt a couple of old maxims as my beacons to guide my future. It is about management, responsibility and empowering ourselves and the people we expect results from.&lt;br /&gt;Romanian culture has a deep need of control, perhaps because we aren’t most of the time in control, but just driven by pressure, money, problems and misunderstanding ourselves and others. It is not only a Romanian feature but here in the Black See area is more preponderant.&lt;br /&gt;Instead of empowering and sharing responsibility with the people around, we tend to take all the things upon us. The team players have to do our solutions to the problem and then we complain that nobody takes any responsibility for the work done. We do try to give a constructive feedback but in a rudimentary style (full of blame, not clear and descriptive, full of emotions like anger or guilt).&lt;br /&gt;Manifesting the management style at home with children is perpetuating this behavior and instead of having a leader approach with our children we use the overreactive approach. This mean that we are in the chasing mode: “what is happening here, I expected another outcome and as consequence what is happening now is not right!?” (What is not in my mind or in my range of thinking is good for being thrown away.)&lt;br /&gt;A home should inspire. „My ‚leaders’ know how to support me in the long and full of adventure trip I make every day” sais a child. „And every day I receive a lesson on how to become stronger and wiser in my trip next to the people around”. This is what a happy child would say.&lt;br /&gt;It is clear no parent, manager, leader or person in this world can be perfect, but sharing warmth, understanding and joy is the best we can do as living persons on earth.&lt;br /&gt;At work we need effectiveness, profits, efficient time usage but what if all these are in the wrong direction. What if more will come easier if we pay more attention on the long term expectations and not just stressing the moment with small and unimportant issues?&lt;br /&gt;Profit must come, results must be seen (this is real world), but just as a small shift made into our mind to value the things around and to act more as leaders. This means having a vision about our purpose in this company, in this job, our purpose and values at home.&lt;br /&gt;It has become a cliché to build a healthy company culture. It is just the stream of this period for most of us and not because we don’t want to do it well but because we don’t know how. Such a hard to find mixture! Being too confident lets the persons self oriented and does not allow their value to say a lot more than their words. On the other hand there are the modest ones that are so modest just because they are not so self-confident and it's easier to "start small"- no waves, no self marketing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've written early that is a hard to find a mixture, because I have met that kind of persons, but they were great valued persons that didn't need anymore to prove anything. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I met a great manager, BOB, who has great soft skills and great attitude towards people. When someone respects all of the people in the company and gives each and every person a kind attention, I can tell it is a mixture of self confidence, value, wise and modesty.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here in RO it is hard to find such persons (unfortunately), but as we grow and develop I really hope to make the choice to discover ourselves (through our own strenght or even through coaching), what makes us happy, accept the things around and move on with our lives (not living through other's life) not demonstrating our value on each ocasion and not making a big thing out of small ones. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know a guy in the self development field, pretty appreciated in his community that makes kind of a circus out of his personal branding process and I experienced even a strange marketing tool: misleading the client regarding his services.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the worse part is that people have less discernment than you could imagine and that person is a great "mixture of non-modesty and non-value".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But what we &lt;strong&gt;can&lt;/strong&gt; do is to see ourselves full of value, to be content with our person and to prove just because is the moment not because it's a great way to atract more attention on myself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wish to all of us  to be more attentive on building rapport based on respect appreciation and value. In the same time to have discernment to discover value and yourself(What do you like? What is your purpose in life? What makes you happy? We are used to observe things, actions, but less being in touch with our senses (to find out what are they really telling us).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In my view there are 3 stages of personal development:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Knowing ourselves;&lt;br /&gt;2. Being in the process of developing ourselves;&lt;br /&gt;3. Not knowing most of ourselves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. The first stage allows us to observe more about the environment and the people around.&lt;br /&gt;Knowing ourselves as a whole (through our developed ability to observe and evaluate the changes within), allows you to have the space and attention for the ones around us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is very interesting  to come to that stage where we are objective and detached of what is happening with us and enjoy every opportunity that our life give us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Here is the second stage, the one that is transitory and most of the discoveries are the WOW type: "Is this me? Wow OK I want to keep that and that, but I also want to throw that away, that and that." So transition brings more changes in this stage than in the other two.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Observing what is helpful for you, evaluating what to change (with what), being more self confident and taking the things more as they are (objective), and less as we imagine they are (subjective) is the key for developing ourselves and reaching our success.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. The last stage is:  not knowing much about ourselves, gives us poor self confidence. The result is that we are very involved, actually too much involved with what is happening, we are in the middle of everything and our focus is only on us. The only interaction outside us is "What will the people say about me?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The interpretation of events is subjective and detachment appears rarely. Low self esteem and powerful emotions will characterize this stage of development. "What is happening to me?" There is not a place where the people are all the time. We often switch. It's very possible to switch from 1 to 2, 2 to3, but mostly from 3 to 2 to 1.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Getting to know ourselves becomes often a great adventure but the result of being in touch with the reality is a great reward. The perceptions are in those stages. We filter our reality with our experiences and views. We perceive ourselves, the events around and the people around. I hope it's ok with all of you that follow my posts. Sorry for any inconvenient and I hope you'll take from Luda's Coaching Sheet as least the same value about self improvement and coaching as before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Second of all, I will share with you a great tool of discovering a lot more about yourself through the eyes of your friends, colleagues, family and....yourself!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have found out that I know myself less than I expected...after taking this Johari Window.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am I :  self-conscious, proud, adaptable, shy, ingenious ?!? True! that is the way that the other persons see me. It is a fair view or not?! Are they conscious about all I am or are those only some perspectives?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I want to only make a point here and not just to talk about me! It is not about how the people perceived me at a moment of my life or all the time, it is a about how I see myself in the other's eyes..it is about how I want to behave in certain circumstances and how am I perceived; the way I see myself among others. My status is crucial in my mind, the way I see myself comparing to the others.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Probably the best lesson I lived in my life was to compare myself only with myself, and to be in competition with myself.. It is the best path to take ;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, acknowledging and evaluating how the people around me are looking at me leads me to the idea that I have different faces at different times.This is our common feature when we talk about being ourselves and being authentic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What about authenticity? What is stopping me to be me all the time? not to seem another person...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is stopping you to be yourself? When are you differently as the authentic you? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I  made some discoveries with myself.. Take the test and observe yourself relating to the people around you. When are you different? How? Senzatiile percepute acolo sunt legate de oameni si de atitudine. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru prima data m-am aflat intr-un loc in care oamenii zumzaiau. Mintea lor fugea mereu spre orizont,spre a dobandi mai mult din ceea ce au deja. Orice informatie noua era prelucrata si imediat utilizata, dezbatuta (creativ si constructiv- in niciun caz conflictual si critic..) si in acest proces toata lumea se implica activ- atitudine de castigator..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Impresiile de dupa curs ramaneau ca niste senzatii pe care vroiai sa le pastrezi intact pe tot parcursuil vietii si sa inveti in fiecare zi cate ceva din ele. Ai fi facut orice sa nu le mai pierzi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum suntem cu toti acasa si incercam sa mentinem atmosfera de energizare, motivare si creativitate. Insa o bariera in a crea in continuare un astfel de mediu pentru coachi este aceea a culturii romanesti (strivita sau formata  prost de fanarioti, domnitori autoritari si comunism avem la istorie sa dam si altora).E de inteles tentinta ca fiecare sa-si apere "terenul de rulare", doar ca Romania isi va cladi mentori si oameni de valoare in coaching mai ales prin ce ofera intregii societati si mai putin doar prin grupurile restranse din multinationale sau companii romanesti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum pentru toate lucrurile exista o sansa de imbunatatire, noi coach-ii mici si mari :) ar fi bine sa devenim o comunitate. Sa existe un sistem in care toti ne cunoastem, ne evaluam in termeni constructivi si mergem mai departe impreuna, avand in vedere ca toti suntem unici si speciali. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Centru bitanic pentru relationare profesionala, afaceri si cultura e la inceput de drum in a realiza aceast deziderat in Romania. E un lucru minunat mai ales ca astfel de incercari sunt rare si cu sucess redus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Energia cu care va scriu eu acum pentru a va face cunoscuta o intalnirea de networking(retea de contacte profesionale) pentru coachi si cei pasionati de domeniu chiar daca are un cost de intrare (50 ron) cred ca merita a crea o lume in care sa dam nastere la idei si sa  ne cladim unii pe ceilalti;) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Va recomand intalnirea de sambata seara, 7 martie 2009 ;) la &lt; LEADS - CENTRE FOR NETWORKING &amp; BUSINESS &amp; CULTURE &gt; din Str. Lucrurile au evoluat, m-a prins instrospectia activa, ideea de a-mi intemeia un camin si mi s-au schimbat valorile...Adica aventura a devenit siguranta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum eu ma intreb, valoarea s-a schimbat din necesite (disparitia unei valori, nu lasa gol ci creeaza o alta), mediu(valorile impartite de mediul meu erau altele si le-am imprumutat) sau practica (adica pur si simplu nu am mai calatorit asa mult si acum nu mi sunt obisnuita)?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cert este ca simt confortul: sunt aici, imi este bine, orice as face altfel ar implica o deranjare prin risc, imi place asa mult ca stau sa ma gandesc daca un pas mi-ar afecta confortul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E trist cand cercul imaginar in care noi ne miscam e restrans. Imi spunea cineva cand eram mica despre faptul ca noi ne ducem viata pe o raza de max 300 km. Lumea e imensa iar noi nu ne stim decat drumurile utilizate frecvent. Eu am noroc cu globalizarea in plina desfasurare...ca aduce si posibilitatea sa vad lumea larga. Bine criza financiara tot global se manifesta insa este reversul accepat....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Analizand putin senzatiile si sentimentele mele, descopar ca comoditatea s-a instalat. Si acum intervine intrebarea: "Noi cum mai evoluam daca stam caldut, linistiti si fara griji la ce'o fi?!"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ni se intampla tuturor. Unii sunt luptatori si extind comoditatea la o arie imensa astfel incat sa nu-i deranjeze in actiunile lor de zi cu zi (sa vorbesti in public la un congres international de medicina de ex este o realizare care credte increderea in sine si largeste considerabil ariile de activitate pe care le dezvolti in fiecare zi cu relazare si incredere).Altora le place cum este asa mult incat nu pun un pas in afara (cel mai relevant exemplu mi se pare cel al mamelor care-si cresc copii pana la 18 ani, acasa). A treia categorie as considera-o cea in care ma aflu si eu, intr-o lupta de extindere a capabilitatilor continua (azi mai urc o treapta, saptamana viitoare inca doua si iar una, etc. Treptele mai si aluneca insa tendinta e de urcare ;)).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca plimbarea mea in Anglia la un workshop in engleza cu coach-i englezi si cu practica multa: imi da fiori de bucurie....daca ma puteti intelege. Ne plimbam printre rafturile pline, cand  aflandu-ne la raionul cu carti R. spune: Uite! O carte despre coaching! Eu amuzata putin de entuziasmul ei, iau cartea si citesc : John Whitemore, "Coaching pentru performanta"!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dap! Poate va ganditi inca o data la multele carti de dezvoltare care repeta cu alte cuvinte teoria sau experienta altora. Trist pentru ca nu prea vor avea niciun efect  asupra potentarii curajului uman si a dorintei de a iesi din propria carapace sau din multime...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ei bine nu in acest caz! Dl. Whitmore este un coach in primul rand. Un antrenor de sport care a avut viziune, aceea de a schimba traditionalul antrenament intr-o experienta de viata, ajungand astfel la a fi un antrenor al mintilor inchistate din companii care considerau ca autoritatea face totul. Impunerea si duritatea vor minimiza potentiaul uman,in orice moment chiar daca pe termen scurt isi fac efectul pentru a face treburile zilnice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asadar, multumita impartasirii cu oamenii potriviti a noilor mele preocupari am primit o recompensa imensa. O carte plina de invataminte (care poate ar fi ramas pe raft, daca nu ar fi fost R.), pe care simt ca vreau sa o transform intr-una de 5000 de pagini si poate nici atunci nu m-as satura de ea..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cartea ne aduce constat in vedere povestioare din lumea golfului si a tenisului din care putem invata despre responsabilizare, potential, dorinta de dezvoltare, sfaturi limitative si urmarile lor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Senzatia este ca poti creste alaturi de parcurgerea cartii.Inca o savurez...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tendinta ar fi sa o recomand coach-ilor in formare, insa mai potrivita pentru a intelege rolul coachingului o recomand managerilor si oamenilor care se ocupa de oameni. Din pacate departamentele de HR chiar daca ar avea cu ce influenta relatiile si comportamentul la serviciu nu prea ar avea ocazia ...asa ca...revin, cei care chiar se ocupa de oameni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Citind cartea "Coaching pentru performanta" vad ca indemnul meu dintr-un alt post  care se referea la copii are mare aplicabilitate si aici doar ca pt adulti: lasati copii (si acum: adultii)langa care va aflati sa zboare...sa prinda viteza in sus, sa poata sa scoata tot ceea ce au mai bun la suprafata, ca ulterior sa va faca si pe voi fericiti, dar mai ales ca ei sa poata fi impliniti. Am invatat de mici la romana ca uneori tonalitatea ofera alt sens uneia si aceleiasi propozitii rostite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum suntem mari si am uitat multe amanunte de cand eram mici. Eu v-am impartasit unul pe care mi l-am amintit acum scriindu-va.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aseara am participat la unul dintre grupurile adresate noua, coach-ilor in formare, si am intalnit de doua ori aceeasi problema: EXPRIMAREA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Povestea se contureaza in felul urmator: o persoana simte ceva, doreste sa exprime ceea ce simte doar ca:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Ii e teama de rezultat;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Sentimentul care domina problema nu este tocmai unul pozitiv si atunci rezultatul e usor de intuit in cazul unei discutii (cearta, neintelegere).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si atunci incepe cautarea solutiei. Fiecare din aceste cazuri are nevoie de un mic indiciu. Asa cum am invatat in scoala cand eram mici la romana (revin si arat ca sa nu uit ;))), conteaza tonul folosit. In foarte multe cazuri nu conteaza ce spui, ci conteaza cum spui.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vorbeste deschis despre sentimentele, trairile, ideile si gandurile tale, "atacand" comportamentul pe care vrei sa-l schimbi sau sa-l faci cunoscut, si nu persoana. Rezultatul va fi lumina in mintea si sufletul tau, mai ales daca te-ai si facut inteles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oamenii inteleg ce li se spune atunci cand vor. Ca un om sa vrea sa auda, apoi sa inteleaga, apoi sa fie pe aceeasi unda cu tine e necesar sa-l castigi de partea ta. CUM? Spune clar, sincer si cu un ton nonagresiv cum merge treaba la tine in sistem. Si incearca sa intelegi si sistemul lui, dandu-i de inteles partenerului de discutie despre incercarea ta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sa presupunem ca ma deranjaza la serviciu colegul care vorbeste mai urat decat i s-ar permite in mediul in care se afla. Cum procedez?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a. Merg la el cu fata incruntata, cu o tonalitate grava si joasa sau prea inalta, vorbesc ferm despre ce badaran este el, asa, in totalitatea lui uluitoare. Va fi si mai amuzant atunci cand suntem femei (ma rog, aproape, la cata feminitate poate insufla o femeie autoritara sau certareata). Apoi voi primi un raspuns cel putin la fel de aprins ca al meu si cu siguranta colegul, data viitoare cand va vorbi urat, va avea si o mare satisfacatie fata de furia mea expusa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b. Ma contrazic ironic pana la sfarsitul zilei, cand reusesc sa explodez (sau mai repede de sfarsitul zilei...)etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;c. Zambesc, ii spun cald sau macar neutru ca e unic si atunci cand vorbeste frumos, si nu e necesar sa demonstreze nimic prin vocabularul sau; sau pur si simplu ca ne aflăm într-un un mediu cu cerinte inalte si trebuie sa ne conformam toti chiar daca e necesar un efort ca sa ne abtinem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Atunci cand tonalitatea este indreptata spre solutionarea lucrurilor si nu spre a-l face pe colegul meu sa regrete fiecare zi in care l-am auzit vorbind urat si nu am spus nimic, se va remarca intentia mea: sunt de partea lui, hai sa rezolvam asta sa ne fie bine la toti, inclusiv tie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mergand mai departe cu exemplificarea: indiferent de ce natura este comunicarea pe care vreti sa o faceti unei persoane, indiferent de relatia avuta (persoana mai puternica sau cu autoritate, grad inferior), tuturor ne este greu la un moment dat sa ne exprimam. Insa, folosind o nota pozitiva data vorbelor, corpului, fetei (zambet :)) si tonalitatii  vom reusi sa indepartam comportamentul nedorit. Este adevarat ca sunt oameni care beneficiaza de incredere in sine doar in anumite conditii, putin si rar, in timp ce altii emana incredere in ei, de la un km. Doar ca chiar daca avem o incredere scazuta sau una foarte ridicata in propria persoana acestea repet fluctueaza si ce e exceptional este ca putem lucra activ la a ne creste siguranta de sine :). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are.&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sa traiesti la maxim tot ceea ce esti devine o idee de baza in tema noastra de azi. Mereu ne dorim sa fim altfel , precum colegul, colega, mai puternic mai destept, mai altfel. Am putea insa sa ne raspundem la o singura intrebare:        Cum ar fi sa nu fiu eu?     Dati-va putin timp sa reflectati la cat de importanta este persoana voastra in viata voastra. Fiecare om e unic! Ar fi timpul sa exploram mai mult ideea asta.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Acum scriu strict pentru parinti: Cresteti un copil normal in cunostinte si lasati-l sa zboare (nu asteptati sa fie premiant, sa fie stresat de note si cel mai adesea sa nu invete nimic util). Nu-i omorati creativitatea in scoala romaneasca,  unde nici profesorii nu stiu adesea ce se intampla de fapt. &lt;br /&gt;Calitatea educatiei romanesti creste, dar nu la stat. Pentru copii este mult mai util sa stie ca sunt in stare sa faca ceea ce si propun si ca aveti incredere in ei ca o pot face. Veti avea niste copii unde limita potentialului lor va fi la cer!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Educatia inseamana altceva, insa va fi un alt subiect in cadrul paginii mele de dezvoltare personala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum sa vedem ce putem face pentru noi, pentru a ne creste singuri valoarea, a ne descoperi. &lt;br /&gt;Bineinteles recomand un coach care sa simtiti ca vi se  potriveste pentru consolidarea increderi in sine.  E o experienta deosebita si pentru coach, dar mai ales pentru voi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Redescoperiti ce va place. Pastrati-va in agenda timp pentru a FACE ce va place. Sunteti important in viata voastra? (daca  la intrebarea” Cine e cea mai importanta persoana din viata ta?”, raspunzi iubitul, copilul, parintii, e IMPORTANT sa stii ca daca tu nu te faci pe tine implinit nu vei face nici pe altii);&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.Redescoperiti la ca sunteti bun si atunci cand aveti o mica victorie cu talent,  felicitati-va voi in primul rand (ceilalti s-ar putea sa nu stie ca este o reusita si nici sa nu aiba timp sa o faca). Voi aveti timp sa va celebrati succesul?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si daca cele de mai sus se intampla pentru prima data descoperiti tot ce puteti mai mult in acest moment si vor fi mari gastiguri. M-am chinuit (pentru ca daca vrei ceva in viata trebuie sa muncesti din greu) sa am o atmosfera frumoasa de Craciun. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apreciez oamenii inteligenti emotionali care stiu sa gandeasca pozitiv si fac orice moment al vietii  un eveniment al intelegerii si al zambetelor (sau rasului , depinde de glumele facute de oamenii din    grup ;))). Acum sunt pe drumul de a deveni unul...Mai am de lucrat la glumele bune...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In acesc Craciun am facilitat ascultarea, intelegerea celui care vrea sa exprime ceva (verbal sau printr-o fizionomie a fetei, printr-un gest), colindele, cantate inclusiv de noi, cei din casa, bucuria mea si a celorlalti dar mai ales cadourile semnificative, personalizate si nu cele scumpe. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum ar fi un  moment bun de a defini perspectiva mea asupra "intelegerii". &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum fiecare trecem printr-o mie de ganduri si avem propria perceptie a lumii, e necesar uneori sa deveim un pic atenti la a interpreta mai bine semnalele oamenilor de langa noi. Uneori etichetam fara a sta sa ascultam pana la capat ce are o persoana de spus. Exista optiunea neexprimarii si noi interpretam ce ar vrea sa insemne atitudinea omului, fara sa fie o interpretare macar neutra sau pozitiva...      Atunci nu intelegem. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stai linistit si asculta linistit..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lupta de a tace atunci cand cineva vorbeste e foarte grea. Si atunci cand iesim invingatori meritam o recompensa (un film la mall sau cumpararea unei carti bune, o inghetata delicioasa sau o cina romantica). E necesara ...nu e necesara...se intrevede aparenta intrebare a articolului. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E ca si cum ai trimite un copil la scoala si ti ai pune problema daca e necesar sa invete ceva sau nu.&lt;br /&gt;Exista coachingul pentru imbunatatirea preformantelor individuale ale oamenilor...Inclusiv coach fiind. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asadar lasand la o parte vechiul obicei romanesc al disputei (cine are sau nu dreptate) sa ne folosim un pic de articolul mai sus mentionat (citez din "Comunicate de presa"-workshopul Dlui. Daniel Bichis).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daniel Bichis aduce in prim plan 4 limitari ale unui coach care intervin in momentul relationarii cu coachee-ul (sunt denumite foarte frumos in articol lipsa maturizatii emotionale si comportamentale): &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* incapacitatea de a percepe si interpreta corect realitatea externa,&lt;br /&gt;* tendinta de autoiluzionare si autolimitare,&lt;br /&gt;* dificultati de relationare cu ceilalti,&lt;br /&gt;* automotivarea deficitara si dependenta de motivarea externa.&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si ca sa nu presupuneti ca doar v-am adus la cunostinta niste elemente interesante, am sa adaug (cultura e de vina !!) ca mai este necesara si cladirea increderii in sine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un aspect foarte important al reusitei in orice domeniu al vietii, mai ales cel profesional.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Increderea in propria persoana ori o ai,ori n-o ai. O ai doarece parintii tai au fost inteligenti emotional si ti au spus ca poti si ca au incredere in tine ca poti  (iar subconstientul este obisnuit fara bariere proprii), fie n-o ai,pentru ca ai fost constant demotivat ..tot de parinti (se pare ca au mare impact asupra reusitei si fericirii noaste in viata). Adica cum sa simti ca ai lumea la picioarele tale si ca orice s ar intampla tu te poti descurca atunci cand parintii (scuze dar chiar e importanta repetitia :D) te dau inpoi: off iar ai stricat/vaiii cum ai putut sa faci asa ceva?!?!?!?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Totul trece, raman doar sentimentele oamenilor si zambetele. Sau...capul plecat si dezamagirea. Hai sa facem noi diferenta pentru oamenii de langa noi si pentru noi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu e totul pierdut. Ca in orice alt domeniu munca si autodisciplina te fac sa vezi ca poti! Indiferenta si socoteala pe care o cer ulterior romanii. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce am facut pe 30 dec? Oh! Pai am fost la munte, ce fain a fost....sau am stat in casa, m-am odihnit si relaxat grozav. Variantele sunt multiple, cu exceptia uneia: nu am fost la vot!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bun!Ne plangem: prostii astia nu mai fac drumurile odata, ca la cei din accident, n-avem autostrada din vest pana in Constanta, planifica o data si sapa de 5 ori pentru ca ..ups au gresit. Ii invinovatim! Dar n-avem timp sa votam. Cica ne am pierdut speranta...sau spiritul civic, nu stiu care din variante e mai corecta. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EU AM VOTAT. Am petrecut 2 ore pe internet sau unde am mai gasit pliante pentru a lua informatia din diferite perspective. Am cautat opinii despre oamenii pentru care vroiam sa votez, ceva semnale nonverbale si pregatirea lor in domeniu. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La colegiul 10 (cel care vizeaza strada mea) am avut noroc sa intalnesc o tanara cu mult potential, energie si spirit civic: Roxana Ionescu. Mi-am pus speranta in ea. Am luat o decizie si nu am intors spatele. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Multi alti oameni trecuti de 45-50 de ani, sunt sigura ca voteaza in stiinta de cauza si vor lua decizii de vot vitale si potrivite pentru noi toti!!! Ei au fost in proportie de 80% la vot ?!?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doar ca oamenii saraci sau cei in varsta spera spre mai bine. Noi suntem fericiti, avem ceea ce ne trebuie in procent de peste 50%, nu ne mai intereseaza! Nu ne mai trebuie altceva! Sa le arat unde sunt ei acum, unde ar putea ajunge si cum. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunt o unealta cum spune cursul si industria...Un facilitator. Ador cuvantul asta. Facilitez calea coachee-ului sa ajunga unde isi doreste. Doar sa vrea..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E o emotie extraordinara sa-ti spuna "clientul"(scuzati-ma! o alta denumire din industrie) ca e fericit, ca simte ca poate, ca are energie sa mearga acasa si sa  foloseasca aripile lui pe care le-am descoperit impreuna.A vrut..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum eu invat incat sa fac diferenta in viata oamenilor pe care ii vad si simt ca au de sapat dupa puterea lor si increderea in ei. Asa ca mi-am propus astazi sa va impartasesc informatia despre un om deosebit cu o idee extraordinara: Marcus Buckingham cu ideea descoperirii punctelor forte. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marcus Buckingham considera ca oamenii sunt performanti si increzatori atunci cand isi utilizeaza punctele forte in fiecare zi la postul ocupat sau in activitatile desfasurate zi de zi. Atunci cand oamenii fac ceea ce pot mai bine atunci sunt mult mai constienti de ceea ce-i motiveaza si.... ii face fericiti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intermediez aceasta idee considerand ca e necesar sa ne stim buni la administrat resurse umane, buni analizatori, buni organizatori, buni la explicat concepte, buni la interactionat cu oameni noi sau cu cei cunoscuti. Lista e imensa!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Haideti sa gasim ce ni se aplica noua. Eu de exemplu am descoperit ca sunt energica, iubitoare sau calda cu oamenii, diplomata, prietenoasa, motivatoare, etc..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am sa va fac cunoscut un link pentru a afla la ce sunteti cei mai buni: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;http://www.womencorp.org/articles/a-strengths-checklist.htm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aceasta resursa ar trebui sa fie doar inceputul unei calatorii interesante &lt;br /&gt;intr-o tara aparent cunoscuta...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Urmarea vizitarii siteului de mai sus ar fi util sa fie reprezentata de o foaie cu top 5 trasaturi definitorii ale fiecaruia dintre voi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi incercati sa detectati zi de zi (timp de o saptamana) cate o urma din ce va face placere sa faceti cu rezultate foarte bune, in ceea ce faceti de fapt. Iar adesea realitatea noastra este alta fata de realitatea lumii. Aici am putea dezvolta o intreaga teorie despre cat de subiective sunt perceptiile si interpretarile oamenilor. Insa cert este ca ar fi foarte frumos sa ne cunoastem. Suntem rationali, emotionali, maturi, copii pana la batranete,suntem atragatori, carismtici, energici, pasivi, distractivi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa cum spune Gerard D'Onovan, master coach la scoala unde urmez cursurile, nu exista corect sau gresit, ci sunt trasaturile noastre pe care le cunoastem sau nu. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am inceput sa ma cunosc. Azi am descoperit ca sunt galbena. M-a amuzat bine. Scopul informatiei poate fi utilizat pentur a va intelege reactiile in fata lumii, in funtie de personalitatea voastra.&lt;br /&gt;Haideti sa vedeti de ce m-am amuzat. Si cum bine stim atunci cand ceva este gratis, nu mai are valoare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru inceput feedbackul vostru fata de ideile si actiunile mele imi va fi  motivator de baza. Asadar, va astept comentariile. Azi e prima mea zi de postare. Este chiar o senzatie sa faci lumii intregi cunoascuta povestea ta, ce te preocupa si mai ales in ce investesti cea mai multa energie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La mine energia este consumata pentru educatie. A mea si a celor din jurul meu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am inceput prin a citi mult pe tema asa denumita in literatura de specialitate                                "self-development". Am invatat sa gandesc pozitiv sa comunic eficient, sa gandesc altfel. Muuulta energie pentru rezultate destul de insesizabile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am fost eu oare prea critica? Nu am observat succesele? Sau tehnica mea de aplicarea a ceea ce am citit este la nivel redus?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum am sa va povestesc despre ceea ce am facut pentru a-mi optimiza  energia investita in mine si in cei din jur.  Urmez cursurile unei mari scoli de &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Life Coaching &lt;/span&gt;din U.K. Este una din acele scoli in care sistemul chiar te invata ceva. Adica la baza cursurilor sta &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;practica &lt;/span&gt;sau ceea ce poti face cu ce ai citit o zi inainte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scoala se numeste Noble Manhattan si este o experienta fericita si curajoasa pentru mine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cam atat despre statusul meu. V-am postat si un link catre you-tube cu Sarah Tavares- Balance asa pentru buna dispozitie.
